Delta Amenity Kit 2017

Delta Amenity Kit Refresh!

It’s that time of year when Delta announces the refresh to their amenity kit. Last year, we saw a minor update on the case (from black to blue on the hard case and grey to black on the soft case), plus a change in the toiletries from Malin+Goetz to Kiehl’s.

The Scoop

Delta’s new amenity kit will feature a notably different exterior, which will be available beginning September 1. We’ll still see the hard case on outbound US flights, and a soft case on inbound flights, but the cases look much different. The hard case is now silver, with a patch you can have monogrammed at Tumi stores (excluding airport and outlet locations), while the soft case features a makeover. The kit will also feature a “hand cleanser” (hand sanitizer?), plus a different pen, and the mouthwash has been repackaged into a slimmer container.

As always, these kits are available on flights featuring the Delta One cabin.

Meanwhile, the Delta Premium Select cabin (featured on Delta’s A350 aircraft) will receive a soft blue Tumi pouch, which will include Malin+Goetz lotion, a toothbrush, tooth paste, an eye mask, socks, and ear plugs. A nice touch for passengers int eh new cabin.

On select long-haul domestic flights, Delta will be offering their Comfort+ customers a “Rest and Refresh” kit, featuring an eye mask, ear plugs, and a dental kit.
