Now that Delta (DL) and Korean Air (KE) have decided to play nice, it looks like we’re seeing lots of smooth sailing between the two airlines these days – and I’m a fan.
I was recently perusing return flights from Bangkok, where the Korean Air BKK-ICN-JFK route was offered as an option. Now, I recently took this route myself (trip report to be posted soon!), though in order to select seats, I had to call Delta, who had to “request” the seats from Korean Air.
Well looks like that’s all changed and the Korean Air seat maps are now available on Delta and looks like you can select them yourself! If you look up the flight below – DL 1002 is actually KE 85, operated by Korean Air.
Anyone else notice any new signs of DL and KE’s finally mended friendship?
